The Best Sandwich???

The Best Sandwich???

The Blue Collar Dream could be the best sandwich around. Man! It was great! I didn't think about shooting it until I was finished but you get the idea! Dad's kills it! I usually don't eat sandwiches because I'm a fat pig, but when I do I choose Dads.

Firehouse Restaurant Announces Two New Hires

The Firehouse Restaurant recently announced two new additions to its Special Events team.

Bringing more than 20 years of management experience to his new position as special events director at The Firehouse, Frank Carney has worked for a number of restaurants throughout Northern California.  His work experience includes time as the manager of Rio City Café, general manager of Grapes Dining & Spirits, general manager of Paragary’s Bar & Oven and general manager of the High Steaks Steakhouse at Thunder Valley Casino Resort.  Most recently, Carney worked as the general manager and director of beverage for Lounge ON20 before joining The Firehouse team.

“I like to bring a hands-on approach to management and event planning, which I think fits perfectly with The Firehouse’s style,” Carney said.  “It’s all about the guest experience, and I am excited to be able to do what I love while showcasing the restaurant and Old Sacramento.”
