RANCHO CORDOVA, CA - The Rancho Cordova Police Department has asked for help on the whereabouts of a 16-year-old girl missing since Thursday evening.

Department spokesman Deputy Jason Ramos says Fatima Scott doesn't have prescribed medication with her she is supposed to take.

Scott was last seen on a light rail train between 13th Street and 16th Street in downtown Sacramento at about 7:30 Thursday evening, Ramos said.

Scott was described as black, 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighing approximately 135 pounds. She wears a black and blond wig over her head, which is shaved. She has brown eyes. Family thinks she was wearing a pink shirt and blue jeans when they last saw her.

Scott and her family have been staying at a motel on the 11200 block of Point East Drive in Rancho Cordova, Ramos said.

Anyone with information regarding Scott was asked to immediately contact the Rancho Cordova Police Department at (916) 874-5115.
