Monthly Challenge: Attitude of Gratitude

Monthly Challenge: Attitude of Gratitude

We all have things to be thankful for! Sometimes at the end of a particularly challenging day, the biggest thing to be thankful for is that the day is over and you can start over the next day, lol! But truly, when you are living in "thanks",  it creates windows for more "good" to you and through you. Recognizing those around you whether it be family members or co-workers or even the person who is helping you at the store, by saying "thank you" sends out a way of positive "juju" to the universe and comes right back to you, helping you to feel better about the world and your life!

The challenge this whole month is to "give thanks" for the day, your warm bed, or the person who has helped your day be just a little bit better! Please write it in a journal, your daily planner, or better yet, share on my Facebook page, "Mama Bootcamp".

Thank you for making my world a lot better!
