Big Changes Coming to Paragary’s

Paragary is a name synonymous with Sacramento restaurants and the farm-to-fork movement. From KBar to Cafe Bernardo to Esquire Grill, Randy Paragary has been launching and investing in innovative venues throughout Sacramento for over three decades.

Never one to rest on his laurels, Randy is currently in the middle of not one, but two major projects on the grid.

The first is the Assembly (1000 K Street) (Facebook, Twitter), which is a new state-of-the-art, 9,000 square foot concert venue to rival places like Harlows and Ace of Spades. California Nut Festival Welcomes Kurt Spataro as Celebrity Chef!

Food, wine and beer lovers unite!  With a focus on locally grown foods from the North Valley, the fourth annual California Nut Festival is scheduled for Saturday, April 20, 2013, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.  Each year, this popular culinary event showcases plentiful gourmet food offerings, wine and beer sampling, nut-inspired cooking demonstrations, live musical entertainment on two outdoor stages, an inspiring art show featuring talented local artists and much, much more.  Tickets are on sale now for the 2013 California Nut Festival that takes place outdoors on the historic grounds of the Patrick Ranch Museum in Chico, California.

Locally grown nuts including almonds, walnuts, pecans and pistachios take center stage during crowd-pleasing cooking demonstrations in the afternoon.
