Drexel University Sacramento Names Carvana As Manager of Career Services

SACRAMENTO – Drexel University Sacramento announced that it has named John Carvana to a newly created position as Manager of Career Services.

Carvana will play a key role when the university launches its full-time undergraduate program in business for students who have finished at least the first two years of their undergraduate education. He will also play a vital role in job placement and career advancement for students in Drexel’s graduate degree program.

The undergraduate program, which begins in Fall 2013, will include a cooperative education (co-op) experience where each student receives six months of paid professional experience.

Carvana joins the Drexel staff after spending the last three years as Executive Director for Career Development Services at Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles.
