We are back from Cancun and had the most fabulous time ever!!! We purchased the DealChicken vacation deal  $40 for 4 nights at an Ocean Breeze hotel in Mexico. I was very leery about the deal since it was such a crazy deal, but everything was just as promised and we had a phenomenal vacation.

The Ocean Breeze resort there on the Grand Mayan property in Cancun was closed due to low season, so we actually stayed at the Grand Mayan Resort....so yes, we were extremely spoiled. I was actually looking forward to seeing the Ocean Breeze and it's charming boutique hotel feel, but staying at the Grand Mayan on the deal we got, we felt very blessed.

Loved Cancun, Playa del Carmen, Tulum, Puerto Morelos and all of the other great little towns we visited. The food was absolutely AMAZING! I've never had better pasteur tacos in my life! At the Grand Mayan, the pools were so very impressive! We absolutely loved visiting all of them and just having a relaxing day at the pool (with drinks of course!). Although the weather was quite humid, we made the best of it and enjoyed every second we had. We went to a Mexican Fiesta party the first night at the hotel...what a great show, along with great drinks and food. The customer service at the Mayan was outstanding...we really felt taken care of while on grounds.
